4 sweet corn ears
4 tomatoes medium sized, seeded and diced
1 medium onion, diced
3 jalapeņo peppers, seeded and finely diced
1 lime juiced
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Husk and boil or grill sweet corn. Set aside and allow to cool.
2. Place tomatoes, onions, jalapeņos into a mixing bowl.
3. Cut the corn from he ears and add to the mixing bowl.
5. Add the lime juice, salt, and garlic powder.
6. Add the cilantro. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
