1 lb pork breakfast sausage (mild)
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
pinch pepper
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup colby jack cheese shredded
1/4 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 375º
Cook pork until crumbled and no longer pink. Remove sausage from pan and drain on plate with paper towels. In a medium size bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Add sausage to egg mixture.
Grease 9 x 13 pan ; press one roll of crescent rolls onto bottom of pan pinching closed any seams. Pour sausage and egg mixture over the top. Bake in oven for 10 min at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses and then place second can of crescent rolls on top. closing any seams. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). Bake for additional 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm !
