1/4 c sliced almonds
1 1/2 T sesame seeds
1/2 head cabbage, grated
1/2 pkg bean sprouts
1 c sliced mushrooms
1 c green onions
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1 pkg Ichiban noodles
chow mein noodles
Dressing:
1 pkg seasoning from Ichiban noodles
1/4 c oil
1 1/2 T soya sauce
1/2 T sugar
1 1/2 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the almonds and sesame seeds.
Combine remaining salad ingredients except for chow mein noodles. Combine dressing ingredients and mix into salad. Add chow mein noodles just before serving.
