1 pkg (18 1/4 oz) Yellow Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 pkg (8 oz) cram cheese, softened
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry cake mix, one egg and vegetable oil until crumbly. Take out 1 cup of mixure and set aside for later. Press remaining mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes.

In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, extract and remaining egg. Spread over the crust. On top of this, sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture (as a topping).

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate leftovers.
