1 lb crabmeat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 unsalted soda crackers, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 tbsp oil

Gently mix together all ingredients except oil. Shape into patties, Saute in oil, over medium heat, a few minutes on each side until lightly browned.
