2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb sea scallops, sliced
1 lb crabmeat (imitation is fine)

white sauce ingredients:
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1 cup (4 oz) shredded white cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Saute broccoli and mushrooms in oil for 3-4 minutes. Arrange in bottom of casserole dish. Top with scallops and crabmeat.

To make white sauce, stir flour and salt into melted butter in saucepan. Bubble together one minute. Gradually add milk, stirring until mixture thickens. Add cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Pour over seafood.

Bake 25 minutes.
