1 lb sea scallops
1 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
3 sliced scallions
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice scallops. Combine corn starch, sherry, and soy sauce. Pour over scallops, stir, and let stand 15 minutes.

Add oil to hot wok or skillet. Add scallions and broccoli and stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds. Add scallops and stir-fry 2 minutes more. Reduce heat to medium. Add water, cover, and cook another 2 minutes.

Serve over rice or seashell macaroni.
