2 egg whites
1/2 t. cream of tarter
1/2 t. vanilla
dash of salt
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup nuts
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat egg whites until frothy (not stiff). Add cream of tarter and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Add sugar and salt gradually and beat till glossy.
Fold in Chocolate chips and nuts. Turn off oven and place cookies in oven. Leave 5 hours or overnight. Makes 30-35 cookies.
