1 pkg. ramen noodles (oriental if possible), crushed
cashew pieces (or almonds or peanuts)
1 16 oz. bag of cabbage coleslaw
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar (to your taste)
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. apple cider (or rice) vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
If desired, toast the crushed noodles and nuts in 350 oven until golden brown.
Prepare dressing first: whisk together the sugar, oil, vinegar and soy sauce, then add other ingredients and toss well. Add noodles just before serving or they will get soggy.
