2 cups cider vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco), or to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:

In a sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Mix well and simmer gently, stirring on low heat for about 10 minutes, (do not boil) and allow ingredients to mi and sugar to dissolve.
Prepare at least 4 to 8 hours before using.
