Directions:***Must be done at least 6 hours before the planned meal time*** 1. Place the raw chicken wings in a large bowl 2. Add the red wine vinegar to the bowl and let the chicken wings marinate for 6 hours (No longer than 12 hours, otherwise your chicken wings will end up too vinegary).
***Cooking*** 1. Place chicken wings on the top rack of the grill (where they will stay untill the chicken is almost fully cooked through. When the wings are first on the grill season them with salt, pepper, and garlic salt on both sides. 2. Once the chicken wings are looking close to being cooked through, move the chicken wings to the bottom rack of the grill so that the skin of the chicken wings get a small char on them. 3. When the char looks to your liking, take off and enjoy the most tender chicken wings you've ever had! |

Notes: This is my Nanny, Patricia Mohn's, red wine vinegar chicken wing recipe! Its one of my favorites and never disappoints!!! The vinegar makes the chicken so tender, and don't let the name fool you, it does not taste like strait vinegar, I promise!!! Just don't marinate for too long!
