1/2 c. flous
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 slices pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from pork chops. In a bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Roll chops in flour mixture to coat. Arrange chops in a baking dish. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. L\ay a slice of pineapple on each chop. Return to the oven and cook at 350º for 15 minutes.
