2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 Tblsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 beaten eggs 1 tsp. baking soda

Frosting:
1/4 cup butter
2 Tblsp. buttermilk
1 Tblsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix flour sugar and cocoa in a large bowl. Boil stick of butter, oil and water, then pour over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs and soda to bowl. Mix well, Pour mixture into greased pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
FOR FROSTING: boil butter, buttermilk and cocoa. Remove from heat. Ad vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost brownies right after they come out of the oven. These are cake-like brownies.
