1 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk                       
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on low in a pot and add sugars; make sure to stir constantly.  When it starts to boil, set timer for 3 minutes and stir constantly.  When timer rings, add buttermilk and soda.  It will foam to release air.  Let cool. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
