2 1/2 lbs. cubed steak
6 T. melted butter
1 large onion sliced thin and separated into rings
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 T. flour
1 green pepper cut into thin strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge steaks in flour and seasoning. Brown both sides in hot butter. Pour fat into shallow baking pan. Place meat in pan and top with onions, green pepper and sauce. Cover. Bake at 350 for one hour or until tender.
