5 T butter, softened, plus more for greasing pan
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder, heaping
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 salt
3/4 c sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 c milk
2 c fresh blueberries

Topping:

1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
6 T butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 9x13 baking pan with butter.

In a medium bowl add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and stir to combine. Set aside.

With an electric mixer cream together the butter and sugar. Add the egg and mix until combined. Mix in vanilla. Add the flour mixture and milk alternately and mix until completely combined. Do not over beat. Stir in the blueberries until evenly distributed. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Topping

Combine the flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl and cut together with pastry cutter. Sprinkle over the top of the batter.

Bake 40-45 minutes until the cake is golden brown.
