1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar

1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream first four ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Roll into small balls, then roll in granulated sugar. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Place a Hershey kiss on top of each hot cookie.

These are the cookies Mrs. Day made for us when I was a teenager.
