2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1/2 c. buttermilk (or 2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice mixed into 1/2 c. milk)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and sugar to one consistency. In separate bowl mix butter, shortening, water and cocoa and heat to boiling in microwave. Pour boiling mixture over flour/sugar mix. Add milk, eggs, baking, soda, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 for 20 min.

Frosting: (prepare while cake is baking as you will pour this over the hot cake)
1/2 c. margarine
2 TBLSP cocoa powder
1/4 c. milk
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Heat margarine, cocoa and milk to boiling, stirring. Add powdered sugar and vanilla until frosting is smooth. Cool
