1/2 lb. cooked, chopped bacon (reserve 3 TBLSP grease)
2 chopped onions
1/2 c. celery with leaves

2 TBLSP flour

4 c. water
3 c. diced potatoes

1 can evaporated milk
1 can creamed corn
1-2 cans chopped clams (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Add onions and celery to bacon and grease and cook til tender. Blend in flour and 4 c. water and diced potatoes. When cooked mash slightly. Add corn, milk, and clams (if desired). Heat and season.
