2 c. flour
3 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Chop steak into small pieces (1/2"). Heat oil to 375. Dip meat in flour batter and CAREFULLY cook until brown. Dave adds lots of other seasonings such as garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, etc. to make it things more interesting. This is a great batter for deep fried onion rings, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.
