2 lb. tenderized beef (or use cube steak)
2 onions (coarsely cut)
1 large can stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Coat meat with a combination of flour, salt, and garlic powder and brown. Place onions over then tomatoes. Bake at 325 for two hours, or can be made in crock pot or on stove top.
