2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced (or 1 whole chicken)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (or 1 chicken and 1 mushroom)
8 oz. sour cream
1 can diced green chiles
1 bundle green onions, diced
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 dozen flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, adding chicken to only about half of the sauce then set aside. Place dollop of chicken mixture on tortilla and roll. Place in 9x13 pan with seam face down. Repeat. Pour remaining chicken mixture over tortillas and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

This recipe is very forgiving if you use a little less chicken, sour cream, or cheese it still turns out fine. This is also a good use for leftover turkey.
