1 can asparagus or spinach

4 T Butter or margarine
4 T flour
Liquid from asparagus/spinach add enough milk to make 2 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid from canned spinach or asparagus into 2 c measuring cup. Add milk to make 2 cups. Melt butter. Add flour and stir with whisk. Add milk . Microwave 4 min. Stir. Microwave 4 more min. Add pepper and salt. Add spinach or asparagus and stir. Serve warm.
