1 pkg. white cake mix
4 c. powdered sugar
2 (16 oz.) cans pie filling (raspberry, cherry or strawberry)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pint cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions. Divide batter between 2 9x13 pans and bake at 350º for 17-20 min. Cool.
Whip cream and set aside. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar, then fold this into the whipped cream. Divide this cream cheese mixture between the cakes. Spread over top of cakes and top with pie filling.
