1 whole chicken
2 pkgs. corn bread
1/2 stick saltine crackers
1 large onion
1 cup celery
1 stick margarine, melted
4 cubes beef bouillon cubes
3/4 tbsp. Sage (or less)
4 cans chicken broth
salt & pepper
3-4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken - debone and chop

Bake 2 packages cornbread
1/2 stick saltine crackers
Mix to crumbs in food processor

Mix all together and sauté until onion and celery are soft
onion - chop in food processor
celery - chop fine
margarine
beef bouillon
Sage

Mix vegetables and cornbread together in large baking pan (with lid)

Add chicken broth until it looks like baby cereal
Add salt and pepper to taste (I’ve never added salt since I use the chicken broth)
Add beaten eggs
Add the chopped chicken

Bake at 350 for 1 ˝ hours with lid on.
Remove lid and brown top to liking.
