4 c. Granulated Sugar
24 oz. Grape Juice Concentrate
72 oz. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1
Mix together the grape juice concentrate and water with the sugar and yeast in the 1 1/2 gallon bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine using a long handled spoon.

Step 2
Place the funnel in the top of the gallon jug. Carefully pour the grape juice mixture through the funnel and into the jug.

Step 3
Place the balloon over the opening in the jug, securing it to the mouth of the jug by wrapping the rubber band around the balloon.

Step 4
Place the jug in a dark place. Leave the jug alone until the balloon inflates and then completely deflates, signaling that that the sugar has fermented into alcohol. The process may take several days. Remove the balloon and serve the wine.
