Non Lean Pork (Chops or Ribs)
Carrots
White Onion
Celery
Red Potatoes
Minced Garlic
Tomatoes
Bell Peppers (Red and Green)
Seasoned Salt
Pepper
Allegros Marinade (Original)
Accent
1 large Aluminum Pan

Spray Pan with PAM
Place pork in bottom of large pan and Season both sides with Seasoned salt, pepper, and Accent.
Cut desired amount of veggies up and fill remainder of pan, covering pork.
Pour desired amount of Allegros marinade on chops and veggies. ( I use maybe half a bottle - Can always add more later)
Cover with foil and Bake at 375-400º in oven till veggies and pork are nearly done. Remove and turn pork as needed during cooking as well as stir up veggies.
When veggies nearly done at several tomato chunks.
