4 medium apples, sliced
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease 8 inch square pan. Spread the apples in greased pan. In another medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until well mixed. Sprinkle mixture over the apples. Bake about 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender when pierced with a fork. Eat and enjoy!
*To make peach crisp, substitute 4 cups of peaches instead of 4 apples
