2 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 egg
1 cup softened butter
3/4 cup raspberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl, except the raspberry preserves. Beat at a low speed, scraping the bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 2 cups of dough mixture, set aside. Press remaining mixture on the bottom of greased 8 inch square pan. Spread preserves to within 1/2 inch of edge. Crumble reserved mixture over the preserves. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely and cut into bars.
