9 c. Chex cereal (wheat, rice and/or corn)

1 c. peanut butter

½ stick butter

1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

1 tsp. vanilla

1½ c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place cereal in large bowl; set aside.

In small sauce pan over low heat melt chocolate morsels, peanut butter, and butter, until smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal stirring until all pieces are evenly coated.

Place cereal mixture and sugar in large paper bag. Shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container. Makes 9 cups.
