1 Tblsp. sugar
1 Tblsp. yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
1 Tblsp. orange extract
5 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup softened butter
2 Tblsp. grated orange zest
3/4 cup sugar

Frosting:
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/2 cup softened butter
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 tsp. orange extract or juice
2 Tblsp. milk or cream

Put warm milk and water in bowl. Sprinkle sugar and yeast in. Let it sit until mixture is puffy, about 5-10 minutes. Mix orange juice, melted butter, vanilla, pudding mix, and orange extract. Mix in flour and add more if dough is sticky. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Place dough in oiled bowl and cover with a cloth/towel. Let dough rise for 1 1/2- 2 hours until doubled in size. Combine 1/2 cup softened butter with orange zest and extract in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside. Butter or grease a baking pan, 13x9 or larger. Turn dough out onto floured surface and roll out into 24x12 inch rectangle. spread butter mixture evenly over dough, then sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar. Roll dough up from long side. Cut dough into about 18 1 1/2 inch rolls. Put rolls on baking pan and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Preheat oven to 350 and take the rolls out of the fridge and let it rise in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. Put in oven for 25-30 minutes. Mix together all frosting ingredients and spread over cooled rolls. They will melt in your mouth.
