1 lb. sausage

10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

3 c.of Bisquick

dash of salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients to dough consistence; shape in small balls (easier to shape if chilled first). Place on cookie sheet and bake 10-20 minutes at 325º.
Freezes well. Yields about 75 sausage balls.
