3 c peaches
2 c sugar, divided
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c flour
3/4 c milk
salt to taste
cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Pour 1 c sugar over peaches. Melt butter in a 9x11 baking dish. In a separate bowl whisk together baking powder, 1 c sugar, salt, cinnamon and flour. Stir in milk. Pour over melted margarine. Pour peaches over batter and do not mix. Bake 1 hour.
