8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp. mayonnaise

¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Juice of 1 lemon

½ tsp. lemon pepper

½ tsp. seasoned salt

1 12 oz. bottle cocktail sauce

½ lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

3 green onions with tops

½ bell pepper, chopped

½ cup slice black olives

¾ lb. shrimp, boiled & peeled

saltine crackers

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasoning. Spread evenly in a circle onto a round glass-serving platter. Refrigerate while preparing other toppings.

Chop half the shrimp. Layer ingredients on top of cream cheese as follows; cocktail sauce, chopped shrimp, cheese, green onions, bell pepper and olives. Arrange whole shrimp on top. Serve with crackers.
