1 lb. ground beef, lean

1 can Rotel green chilies and tomatoes, drained

1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 tsp. garlic powder

3 lbs. Velveeta cheese

2 pkg. Fritos (dip size)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and sausage in frying pan. Drain excess fat. Melt Velveeta in slow cooker or on stove top at low to medium heat. Add soup, drained tomatoes, and garlic powder. Stir well. Simmer 5 minutes. Add ground beef and sausage mixture to cheese and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serve with dip-size Frito chips.
