3 eggs
1 c oil
3 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 c sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 T cinnamon
2 c shredded zucchini
1 pint blueberries

Crumb topping:

2/3 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

Beat together the eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture and blend until well combined. Fold in zucchini and blueberries. Pour into pans.

Topping:

Combine flour, sugars and cinnamon together in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle evenly over top of loaves. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pans for 15 minutes and then turn out onto a cooling rack. Cool completely.
