2-3 oz. blue cheese

1 tbsp. onion, minced

2-5 oz. jar cheddar or garlic cheese spread

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

½ c. dry parsley flakes

12 oz. cream cheese

1 c. ground pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Let cheese soften to room temperature. Combine cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce with ¼ cup parsley and ½ cup pecans. Shape into a ball and place in a bowl lined with wax paper. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.

Roll ball in mixture of remaining ½ cup pecans and ¼ cup parsley. Serve with crackers.
