1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and sugar in medium pot over medium heat. Bring to a firm boil. Before mixture comes to a boil, beat egg whites and cream of tartar together. Once mixture has boiled, slowly pour over eggs. Be sure not to pour too fast or the eggs will cook. Beat on high 7 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Add 1 tsp vanilla
