2 cups kefir
Stevia to taste
1 to 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
2 TBS chia seeds
1 to 1 1/2 cup blueberries or other fruit
Ground flax or wheat germ may be an optional add in

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all but fruit and taste for sweetness. Divide between 2 or 3 pint jars. Put 1/2 cup fruit into each jar.
I like a ratio of 1:1 for the oats and kefir, but the chia soaks up some of the liquid too.
