1 Tablespoon Honey or Honey Mustard
1 egg
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup diced or chopped ham (use deli ham and slice or buy diced)
1 can crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Cut crescents – for every one triangle in roll make 3 triangles by cutting it. Spray mini muffin pan with oil. Place one small crescent triangle over each muffin cup with the edges hanging over the holes. Fill with ham/cheese mixture. Cover with edges of the crescent triangles. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

This recipe has become a great New Years Eve appetizer. It is also good as a quick lunch or breakfast food. You can’t mess this one up!
