2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
3 cups finely shredded carrots
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Stir together first 5 ingredients. Add oil and eggs. Beat at low speed 1 minute or until combines.
Stir in carrots.
Add pecans.
Spread into greased and lightly floured pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes
