2 C flour
2 C sugar
1 cube butter
1 C water
1/2 C crisco or 1/2 cube
1 C oil
4 T hershey's cocoa powder
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 C buttermilk
1 T baking soda
1 T vanilla

Icing Ingredients:
1 cube butter
6 T milk
4 T hershey's cocoa powder
1 box powdered sugar
2 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Sift together flour and sugar in a mixing bowl. In a saucepan, bring to a boil 1 cube butter, water, crisco, oil and cocoa powder, stirring constantly. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir well.

In a separate bowl mix together the eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, and vanilla. Add this to the flour/sugar mixture and mix well.

Pour into a large jelly roll pan or large rimmed cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. I use a slightly cooler temp in my oven, adjust temperature accordingly based on your oven.

For the icing, combine butter and milk with cocoa powder in a sauce pan and bring to a slight boil. Remove from heat and add the box of powdered sugar and chopped nuts. Stir well and spread on cake while icing and cake are still hot.
