1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
3 egg yolks
2 cups milk
Dash salt.
1//2 tsp. vanilla
5-6 sliced bananas
Vanilla Wafers
Merinque:
4 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Combine sugar, flour, egg yolks, milk, and a dash of salt in blender and mix well. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla.
Spread small amount of pudding on bottom of small casserole and cover with vanilla wafers. Top with sliced bananas. Pour 1/3 custard over bananas. Continue to layer wafers, bananas, and custard to make 3 layers.
For meringue, beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and beat until stiff.
Cover pudding with meringue and bake for 5 minutes.
