4-6 cups prepared fruit (oranges, tangerines, satsumas)
1-3 boxes low sugar pectin
4-4.5 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Juice the fruit high pulp or cut fruit to remove peel, seeds, rind
2. Add 4 cups water or orange juice if using cut up fruit. Add pectin and bring o a bl 1 minute. Simmer for 10 minutes
3. Add sugar and bring to a full boil 1-2 minutes.
4. Fill jars to 1/4 head space.
5. Process 15 minutes.
6. Wait up to two weeks for jam to set, if needed.
