1 cup butter
2 cups diced celery
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup minced, fresh parsley
1 loaf of white bread, cubed
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter 10 minutes.
Add parsley, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper. Stir in bread cubes and beaten eggs. Mix well.
Note: You can cube bread and leave out, uncovered, overnight.
Stuff turkey, or bake separately at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
