2 pounds pork country ribs
1 medium onion, chopped
2 lemons, sliced
For sauce:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup worcestershire
1 cup ketchup
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Place ribs in casserole pan, top with onion and lemon slices.
Place barbeque sauce ingredients in pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
Pour over ribs and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
