8 slices bacon
2 c. cubed new red potatoes
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces. In a 3 quart saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add potatoes and onions. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender (about 15 to 20 minutes). Add remaining ingredients. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through. About 10 to 12 minutes.
