1 small onion cut in quarters
1 tsp. salt
1 med potato sliced
2 pieces fish such as grouper, halibut, cod

For the sauce:
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 boiled egg (minced)
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium pot, fill 3/4 way with water, add onion, salt and potato slices. Bring to a boil. Gently place fish pieces into the pot and cook for about 10 minutes.

meanwhile, combine all ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Once the fish is cooked, drain well and place on a plate. Gently spoon the sauce over the fish and enjoy.
