20 graham crackers, crushed and divided
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 package (3 oz) lime or lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk, chilled

Mix the crushed cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and line bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 cake pan. Save a few crumbs for the topping. Mix jello, water and lemon juice until dissolved then cool. Cream sugar, cream cheese and vanilla; add cooled jello mixture and mix well. Whip chilled evaporated milk until thick and fluffy and fold carefully into jello; blend well. Pour into crust, sprinkle with crumbs and refrigerate until ready to serve.
