2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
garlic salt
crush red pepper
pepper
Lawry's seasoning salt
A-1
1/4 c bread crumbs

4 slices ham
4 slice Swiss cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. Spray a cake pan with oil. Mix everything but ham and cheese together. Roll out into a big square on wax paper. Layer ham and cheese. Roll the hamburger like a jelly roll with the ham and cheese in the middle. Put in bread pan. Pour some A1 on top. Bake for 1 hour.

This is a favorite at the fire house and at our house. We double the recipe for our family of 5. Then we make 2 meatloaves. It is a killer about an hour after you eat it! :)
